Aaron L. Gilbert is a producer and financier of live-action and animated motion pictures and series television, who has spent more than 20 years focused on the production, business affairs, financing and global licensing of content. He is the co-founder and Managing Director of Bron Studios, and has produced or executive produced more than 60 productions, including the romantic comedy TUMBLEDOWN, starring Jason Sudeikis, Rebecca Hall, Joe Manganiello, and Blythe Danner (Starz/Universal); the Hank Williams biopic I SAW THE LIGHT, starring Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen (Sony Pictures Classics); the comedy SPECIAL CORRESPONDENTS, starring Ricky Gervais, Erica Bana, Vera Farmiga, Kelly Macdonald, and America Ferrera (Netflix); BY WAY OF HELENA, starring Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, and Alice Braga (LionsGate); INTO THE FOREST, starring Ellen Page and Evan Rachel Wood (A24); and the Grand Jury and Audience Award winning Sundance hit THE BIRTH OF A NATION from filmmaker/star Nate Parker (Fox Searchlight). Gilbert is currently in production on the dramatic feature FENCES, directed by and starring Denzel Washington (Paramount); and the animated feature HENCHMEN, featuring James Marsden, Thomas Middleditch, Rosario Dawson, and Alfred Molina.
