    Aaron L. Gilbert (Producer) is the CEO of BRON, a company he co-founded with wife Brenda Gilbert in 2010.   BRON is the award-winning producer and financier behind such films as Denzel Washington’s Oscar-nominated FENCES, Miguel Arteta’s BEATRIZ AT DINNER, Dan Gilroy’s ROMAN J. ISRAEL, ESQ., and Nate Parker’s Sundance-winning film THE BIRTH OF A NATION.

    Recent film releases from BRON include Jason Reitman’s TULLY starring Charlize Theron (Focus Features), Debra Granik’s critically hailed LEAVE NO TRACE (Bleecker Street) and Sundance breakout Sam Levinson’s ASSASSINATION NATION (NEON). Upcoming film releases include acclaimed sci-fi thriller PROSPECT (Gun Powder & Sky) and Jason Reitman’s THE FRONT RUNNER (Sony) starring Hugh Jackman.

    BRON has recently wrapped production and will soon release a string of films including, FONZO, the Al Capone biopic starring Tom Hardy from Josh Trank; THE GOOD LIAR, a dramatic thriller from Bill Condon starring Helen Mirren and Ian McKellen (New Line); VILLAINS, a comedic thriller starring Bill Skarsgård and Maika Monroe; GREYHOUND, starring Tom Hanks as a WWII Navy Officer (Sony); THE RED SEA DIVING RESORT, a historical action drama from Gideon Raff starring Chris Evans; John Ridley’s near-future romance NEEDLE IN A TIMESTACK starring Leslie Odom Jr.; Anthony Mandler’s film debut MONSTER and Jennifer Kent’s sophomore feature THE NIGHTINGALE which recently bowed at the 2018 Venice Film Festival.

    Gilbert has expanded BRON’s development arm into television and will co-produce, along with Tandem Productions, the gritty dramatic thriller SHADOWPLAY from Måns Mårlind, as well as forming key television partnerships including a joint venture with former HBO executive Michael Ellenberg in Media Res which recently announced the series THE MORNING SHOW starring Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston for Apple.

Brenda has produced, executive produced or co-executive produced several productions including MIGHTY MIGHTY MONSTERS, HENCHMEN, THE WILLOUGHBYS, I SAW THE LIGHT, THE BIRTH OF A NATION, MONSTER, BEATRIZ AT DINNER, THE NIGHTINGALE and ASSASSINATION NATION. Brenda is instrumental in facilitating team development and leads BRON with strategic corporate and operational planning. Her background includes many years at the British Columbia Securities Commission where she worked in the Finance, Enforcement, Legal and Communications Divisions.

    As Chief Operating Officer of BRON, Steven oversees corporate operations and production finance for all of BRON’s divisions. He joined BRON in 2012 as Vice President of Finance & Operations and was named to his current post in 2018. Steven has been a Co-Executive producer and/or financing executive on over 40 productions and prior to joining BRON he was an auditor with Ernst & Young where he worked extensively with private and public studio clients both domestic and abroad. He is currently a board member of the Canadian Media Producer’s Association – BC Branch and serves on several policy & advisory committees in the industry.

    Joel Guralnick joined BRON in 2016 and currently serves as Chief Legal Officer of the BRON group of companies, overseeing all legal matters including film and television development and production as well as corporate development matters. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer for BRON. Prior to joining BRON, Joel led the Entertainment practice in the Vancouver office of Goodmans LLP where worked on numerous film and television projects, and also served as General Counsel of Vision Critical Communications. Joel has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, a law degree from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Law degree from Osgoode Hall (York University) and is a member of the bar in British Columbia.

    As Chief Content Officer, Anjay oversees the development, production, sales and distribution of live action film and television content. Previously he was the head of Focus World, a sub-division of Focus Features, where he sourced independent narrative and documentary films and oversaw their worldwide marketing and distribution.     Ashley Levinson previously served as the COO at Annapurna Pictures and has held high-level leadership positions with such prominent organizations as Soho House Group and the Sundance Institute. As Chief Strategy Officer at BRON, Levinson is responsible for fostering filmmaker and industry relationships and identifying key corporate opportunities across the group of companies, to include BRON Studios, BRON Animation, BRON Creative, and now BRON Ventures, while overseeing day-to-day operations of the LA studio.

    As the Chief Marketing Officer, Butcher steers all marketing and promotional efforts for BRON titles by developing and implementing comprehensive publicity and promotional plans and integrated marketing strategies. Butcher joins BRON after serving for over a decade as Vice President, National Publicity at Fox Searchlight, where she contributed to dozens of release campaigns and awards campaigns which garnered high recognition including “The Shape of Water”, “Three Billboards”, “Beast of the Southern Wild,” ‘Belle,” “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel,” “Crazy Heart”, and “12 Years A Slave.” Prior to her time with Fox Searchlight, she was a unit publicist on films for Paramount, Screen Gems, Lionsgate, and MTV Films, including important films like “Hustle and Flow”, “Higher Learning”, “Coach Carter”, and “Ray”. Butcher is a member of the Motion Picture Academy of Arts & Sciences; and the Publicist Guild.

    David Davoli is a Executive Vice President of International Television at BRON Studios, operating out of the company’s New York office. Davoli co-heads the television group. Prior to joining the television group, David was Senior Vice President of Business Affairs where he closed countless deals with respect to BRON’s active feature film and television slate and sourced and structured several international TV co-productions. Before joining BRON, David was in private practice for 13 years as an entertainment attorney where he worked as production, finance or distribution counsel on over 50 independent film, television and new media programs, and spent a decade developing a keen knowledge of the international marketplace. David is also a classically trained draftsman of the human figure and continues to train every morning at his studio in Chelsea.

    Pippa Lambert runs Domestic Television for BRON Studios. In her role, she and International EVP, David Davoli oversee the BRON Studios creative teams to develop, package, finance and sell premium content. Lambert joins BRON after a 20 year career in global TV. She gained her experience in distribution, packaging, sales and finance at companies including Endeavor Content where she was Senior Associate, ICM Partners where she ran the London TV office as Senior Packaging Agent, and All3Media where she was an Acquisitions Executive. Lambert has worked in premium documentaries, non-scripted, scripted, digital, formats, animation and stage.

    Andria Spring is the SVP of Post Production at BRON Studios where she oversees the completion and delivery of all media properties. With over ten years of experience in film & television, she has worked with dozens of buyers ranging from HBO, to Sony, to Lionsgate. She is proud to draw on her experiences as an in-house producer at Anagram Pictures, and as a project manager at one of Vancouver’s leading DI facilities. Spring helms from the University of British Columbia’s Film & Theatre department, where she completed her BA in film production.

Prior to making the move to the entertainment industry she worked in the mining/resource sector where she served as the CFO of Marlin Gold Mining Ltd. from 2010 to 2014. A CPA, CMA, Priscila holds a BBA in Finance with a joint Major in Economics from Simon Fraser University.

    Adam Davids has been the counsel for either production, finance or distribution on over 50 films and works with both talent and institutions in the entertainment industry. Adam holds a Masters of Arts from Columbia University, received his JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is a Level I CFA. Prior to practicing law, Adam was Vice President - International of the New York Institute of Finance, Chief Executive Officer of the Global Association of Risk Professionals, financial director for the electronic music conference M3 and provided training services to the National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA) and the CFA Institute. He has been designated a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2015 and 2016.

    As VP of Strategic Analysis, Neil is responsible for evaluating various aspects of film and TV projects from the financing through the distribution stages. Prior to joining BRON, Neil worked at Open Road Films, advising senior management on financing and distribution strategy; and was VP of Film and TV Financing at Grosvenor Park Media, a media financier, where he worked to secure production financing for independent film and TV projects. Before making the shift to the entertainment industry, he worked as an investment banker at Barclays and Citigroup. Neil is a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business.

    Since 2015 Matthias has been responsible for handling the development and execution of live-action projects. Matthias started his career in the film industry over 20 years ago after finishing his rowing career with an Olympic Gold medal. In 1993, Matthias completed the film-directing program at the Konrad Wolf Film University in Potsdam, Germany and while based in Berlin he directed feature-length documentaries for German Television and started working as a 1st AD on German Independent features. Since 2001 and his move to North America his focus has been on live-action drama, working as a 1st AD, Production Manager and Line Producer on over 30 productions.

Garrick has served on a number of international festival juries including Sitges and Fantasia and in addition to his Development role, Garrick leads THE REALM, BRON’s genre label and is producing or co-producing all of THE REALM productions.

He partnered with First Atlantic Capital in 2004 to grow it from the then $90M US to over to over $300M US in just four years. In 2008 he diversified his interests in the US while maintaining a packaging business in Europe. Sitting on the other side of the Private Equity table has taken many forms where the common theme has been both promoting a better world and a return to his first love, technology. Jason has executive produced more than 30 feature films with producer BRON Studios, along the way raising in excess of $400 million for the film industry. He was responsible for the administration of research grants, as well as capital projects for research facility construction. He also held leadership positions for national organizations, which interfaced with Federal granting agencies and Provincial associations. Since his retirement in 2006, Joe has chaired the Health Sciences Research Ethics Board at Western.

    Pat has been in the entertainment and financial services industries for over 30 years, with broad experience in finance, business affairs, production, distribution, strategic planning and investment banking in the film, television and related media industries. He has been a senior finance and operations executive for a number of entertainment companies, including HBO, IMAX Corporation, Avenue Pictures and InterMedia. He has had a significant role in the financing, production and distribution of over 75 feature film and television projects, as well as the development of production studios in Europe, Asia and North America. Pat is also a partner in Los Angeles Media Fund, and is President of Patrician Capital Management. Pat has a BA, MA and MBA all from UCLA.
