Summary:
To coordinate the daily flow of information, prepare and administer contracts, perform date entry to meet Bron Studios, Inc. (“Bron”) standards and achievements and achieve Business Affairs department goals and objectives. This person will all support the administration and coordination of Bron’s film, television and animation productions (the “Bron Projects”)
Key Responsibilities:
Tracks the key dates and milestones for Bron Projects, including delivery dates, tax credit deadlines, fund application deadlines, payment milestones and option right deadlines.
Break down all agreements in order tor track all pertinent dates and deadlines across all Bron Projects and liaise with Finance Department pertinent payment and invoicing milestones.
Track and maintain systems for directing workflow and meeting deadlines for Business Affairs
Track and support all bank and debt closings for Bron Projects, including updating and amending closing agendas and tracking sheets
Ensure administrative tasks are identified and prioritized among the Business Affairs team, improving efficiency.
Liaise with and manage any contracts in regards to Bron Projects.
Manage the Business Affairs filing system and filing of all correspondence and documents.
Assemble the requirements for various applications, whether funding or regulatory, including tax credit applications and treaty co-production applications.
Compile and finalize any outstanding production paperwork after productions have wrapped.
Help draft basic form agreements.
Revise/redline/proof read agreements.
Write correspondence.
Schedule meetings.
Other administrative and coordinator duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of film production or business affairs experience.
