Intermediate Graphic Designer

Bron Studios is looking for a talented and passionate Designer to flesh-out the existing Design Team. Servicing 7 companies, and 2 non-profits, this fast-paced and exciting position requires a wide range of skills and experience. The ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems, taking on challenges, & be able to work both in a team and solo environment. We’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about delivering best-of-class graphic solutions for web, sales books, advertising, motion graphics, business collateral, & more.

Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design – or equivalent experience
• A strong & broad portfolio
• 3+ years Design experience; intermediate-to-expert proficiency in all of Adobe Creative Suite®
• Fluent English
• Intimate knowledge of pre-press set-up as well as RGB, CMYK, and PMS colour systems
• Ability to amend and write both HTML & CSS, understanding how to translate comps to code
• An ability to work independently & initiate new projects as needed

Responsibilities:
• Interface with external vendors to procure price quotes / arrange pick-up or delivery as required
• Creation & updating of various interactive and print-ready documents (including PDF optimization)
• Create, update, maintain, and improve web presences for Bron Studios and affiliates as needed
• Inspire your creative team to produce best-of-class creative work
• Monitor industry trends and best practices
